What is the one thing would you add to and / or remove from this tool?
Hello everyone, as some of you already know, we launched a tool that informs your of who is one your website at all times, so you can start a conversation with them. So, we are still in Beta and we are looking for more beta users. I appreciate all feedback.

It still hasn't launched has it? I signed up for a trial last month I think.
It's a really good idea and would love to see how it works.
I dont know what else it does, so far I know it alerts you when someone is on your website.

Yeah, it lets you know who is on your website and lets you start a chat with them. That is the basic atm. Contemplating on what more to add. Thanks much!

Yes, will try and clarify a bit more.
At this point, it's quite basic. It lets you know where the visitor is from and how much time they have spent on your website, which page of your website they are on, last visited time etc.
Alright. Thank you for clarifying. Those sound like some good basic variables to know. May recommend having it more visible on your landing page (once you have time).
