Your estimates are way too generic. If you have actual specs and requirments it's a lot easier to estimate.
Well, yes. That's true. But every project is unique, and this way, we had to many fields with different prices (for more than 100+ projects) – that was too hard to organize into a single article. So we had to approximate the average to make some general scheme.
