Web3 allows for the financialization of everything.
Idea A
So I imagine that people can freelance their time across many businesses more effortlessly and more often than we see now. I think the concept of an 'employee' can change.
Idea B
Crypto incentivizes particularly action on a blockchain. I think crypto would be used to incentivized actions at work.
Idea C
This is personal, I wish I could get paid to respond to emails. As a consultant, you get paid for your time but there's so much that you do in between sessions. Crypto makes micropayments more doable - especially on blockchains with tiny gas fees.
Thanks Aly - great ideas. I think lots of work will be unbundled and traded on platforms, so smaller numbers of employees needed. We need easier ways to make micropayments work. Experty.io have a tokenised solution to hiring experts/consultants - more for video-calls than emails...
