What is wrong with my app?

Hi, I own an app for searching sport clubs. It is a B2B & B2C, something like booking.com but for sport clubs. I am not a us citizen, and I do not know how to enter the market (I have tested in my country first and already have some sites). I tried a bit with cold email and google advertising, but I had no results yet. I need at least 10-15 sport clubs to use the app to have it tested because some features are in beta. I haven' t yet started with the B2C part, because I first need to have some sport clubs registered.

What do you think about the app and the landing page?

Maybe I am missing something important?
Also I am looking to start working with affiliate marketing. I am between using my own promo codes with stripe or participate to a affiliate platform like https://firstpromoter.com/?

    My 3 main suggestions.

    1. Clarify the purpose
The headline and sub-headline are just a generic marketing blurb.

What problem does your app target?
If you use your headline to say "Do you have this problem?", then everything will be easier for you and the reader.

The reader will understand immediately if the page is relevant for him

You will have a clear path to write your copy. You start with the problem, than in the sub-head you promise to eliminate it. And then you can introduce your app as the tool to reach the promised result.

    2. Too many buttons
You put 3 buttons. Too many. Either 2 or 1. Otherwise the decision process of the reader slow down, and the experience gets boring.

    3. Mailing list???
You don't ask for the email anywhere.

Choosing to buy straightaway it's hard. Coming back for an independent second visit even more.

Get their email so you maintain access to your leads.

Thank you for your suggestions. The first suggestion "Do you have this problem?" is a bit difficult for me, as it cannot be described in few words but anyway I will try to rethink a better approach following your path. Right now when I run some ads in google, the visitors stay approximately 2 min average. I do not know about the buttons, I need to showcase both frontend/backend, maybe I could have a dropdown button for both frontend/backend.
About the mailing list you are probably right. I thought that giving the opportunity to have a taste of the app right away is a plus, but till now nobody used the backend demo, just the frontend. Having a demo and a email request for demo is too much, but it is not. I could propose a demo with a live person

Every product can eliminate multiple problems.
You have to choose one as the starting point.

Yes, it will reduce the interest of some visitors, but without a clear problem you won't get the attention of anyone.

If you write down the options or a description of the problem, I'm happy to help you with the headline.

I have made some changes based on your suggestions, thank you guys for your interest. I have not yet added the request for demo page, but changed the main page following Samuel's suggestion.
I have added a screenshot of the landing page to tell me if I need to make more improvements

Here's a question that might help clarify: in what situation would a sports club be in where they'd be searching for an app like this? What would they be struggling with so much that they'd say "enough is enough", "it's time to get moving on a switch to being more ..."

Here's an article I wrote about that topic:

Yes, what you are describing probably fits on my problem. Right now I am contacting club owners who already have a site, and need to convince them to try findsportclub.com. But migrating to a new site and management system is not an easy job. Also they are in operation mode, even though covid has an impact on them. Taking these into consideration findsportclub.com is designed to run in parallel with the old site, till the situation has mature to drop the latter. I like the idea, the main problem is I avoid the direct calls through phone, maybe in email I could concentrate to your logic. Also I am completing a chatbot, and this approach could help me build a dialog. Finally I have created a comparison article in medium, but it needs to be reworked, https://giannisdag.medium.com/comparing-sport-management-apps-520a39da013f

Right, I see how it feels like you need to resort to convincing people, lest they’ll be afraid to try your app, especially in today’s uncertainty.

Here’s one article I think will help see a different angle; rather than trying to convince, be sure to be around “when” the experience the struggle they want to move away from:

Hey I left some comments on top of the UI here - https://capsule.click/commentary/554273b1-0ca0-41b3-9f29-2f9a2ddce989

I like the design overall though and the product itself seems pretty good!
So I think you should be able to get some users but I think you should do more sales yourself instead in this early stage instead of just affiliate marketing.

Hi himat, sorry for the late reply, my name is Giannis and today is my name date, so I had a lot of calls. I appreciate you effort, also you give me strength saying the product is pretty good. I read your comments and I will respond soon, one thing to keep in mind is that I hesitate to talk by phone to customers, because I do not speak English so fluently, and this is probably a major drawback for sales. That's why I am thinking about affiliate marketing
