Update: I updated my signup page https://app.blanq.io/preSignup after listening to your suggestions. Thank you, everyone!
I noticed a pattern where a lot of users appear on my signup page and leave without signing up. Is there something wrong with the page in terms of UX or design?
Are they just checking out? Or something else? Is this normal for a service?
Users can signup with either Google or Email.
Hey Shashank
I took a look at your page and made a video with my thoughts, hope you enjoy it!
Hey, I updated my signup page https://app.blanq.io/preSignup. Thank you for your inputs! Hopefully, this one works.
Good job!
Great tip on the stripe sign-up page. Initially, I also thought, well there is nothing wrong with the sign-up page. Going to remember this one!
Thanks @Eveline
Yes, you re-inforce a great point in internet marketing. Every additional single step you make a user take to sign up increases the chance people drop off. It's what you're seeing in the bounce rate between page views or "steps". If you want to experiment, try to have the the "Sign Up" button open a little modal on the same screen so it doesn't feel like they're leaving -- they're just choosing how they want to sign up. I bet sign ups will go up :)
Hey, just watched the video and completely agree with your analysis. Stripe signup page is a very good example to follow. Appreciate your video!
PS: Video description has blinq.io instead of blanq.io
Your welcome! Good catch on the typo!
Landing on that page and I have no idea what it is about. I suspect that is part of the problem.

My main concern is that some people don't signup when they land on the page. They just back off and leave the site.
