What is your average subscriber number and open rate?

The data for my newsletter:

• subscribers: 48
• open rate: 52% (over the past 90 days)

From what I've seen, 40% is pretty good. That's the number I'd shoot for with a free newsletter.

With paid, you want to get as close to 100% as possible, since people not opening is a direct indicator of future churn.

I have about 2,000 subscribers and my open rate is around 50%.

I have 450 subscribers, and open rate is 85%.

I have 1100 subscribers and 47% open rate :)

98 subscribers, 53-71% open rate, 19-35% click rate

4.3k subs, ~47% open rate, ~9% click rate for Bytesized Weekly. My newsletter growth is super cyclical (based on online events), which isn't ideal (it's basically stayed there for the last two months, minus some unsubs, since our last remote conf), but pretty happy with the open rate generally. Tend to see a lot of people join the Discord from it too, which is probably the main CTA from the weekly newsletter (trying to keep people engaged in the community long-term).

300 subscribers and open rate is 35-40% which is extremely good taking in consideration that more than 200 of subscribers are partners in the VC funds.

I have 579 subscribers and open rate is ~40%. When I had 30 subs was around 70%. Anyway I believe that subscriber number impacts the open rate.
