I know that people who are successful in life follow a ritual that is different from average people. They follow a certain blueprint that serves as an ingredient for their success.
For me I'm still working on a ritual that helps me to achieve my short and long term goals. Some of them include
What is your daily ritual?
Wake up at 4am
Empty inbox

Around 4:45 Drink pre workout while reading
Workout
Do dishes
Drink breakfast shake while reading
Shower
Start work
Lunch around 12 with my wife
Work and study
Take dogs for a walk

That's weekdays. Weekends most of the morning routine is the same but the rest of the day is activities with my wife/dogs or study.
Really impressive Shawn. I'm personally struggling to get up early and that's one thing I want to work on. How do you manage to get up early?
I use to be a late sleeper but honestly I just started setting my alarm a little earlier at a time. I did 5 for about a year before moving to 4. If you're consistent with it you get tired at the right time and it gets easier. I'll also have a nap after lunch on occasion if I feel a bit tired.
Morning Routine:
Wake up
Water
Walk dog
Make coffee for my wife
Eat
Walk to coffee shop
Cappuccino
Review or make a checklist
Work 2-3 hours
Workout
Lunch
Walk dog
Afternoon - anything goes
Very impressive Marvin. Does following this routine helps your productivity? Also what time do you wake up?
I wake up at about 7:30am
Yes, the checklist is a must.
How do you review your goals of the day?
And how do you track them?
Thank you for the post!
I review my goals at the start of the day before starting the work to know exactly what tasks are important to accomplish.
For Tracking I use multiple tools like Google Calender, Todolist, Clockify and Trello. They are really helpful for me to check if I'm on the right track or not
