• We built the product and we make ~10 customer interviews during private beta.
• We open to small communities as a public beta and collect feedback. We iterate on the customers' insights, open to a slightly bigger community etc…
• That way we already improved our landing page message & conversion, the signup funnel, the logo accuracy and we're working on a better proposal list display!
