What is your process to debug mobile app?

I'm curious to know what is your current process to debut apps.
Are you trying to replicate the bug?
Are you using specific analytics/log tool to have information about the bug?

PS: I'm hunting crash reports by smartlook on product hunt today. It allows you to view a recording of a session connected to a crash and fix it, without the need to replicate the bug.
