I guess every startup/founder knows this problem. How do I get visits on my social media account without anything to show off?
Everyone sees these people tweeting/posting about business things. Nothing too spectacular, but if you do the same, it gets zero engagement.
I really want to know what the people with at least 1k followers on Twitter did to get where they are now.

Social media, as SEO, must be developed as a mid/long-term strategy. That is because no matter how much time you spend on Twitter in a day, that you'll not necessarily grow according to the time you put in. That's why long-term strategies need long-term execution.
15 minutes per day. 5 to Tweet and 10 to engage with other creators. Do it for 12 months and you'll get to 1K and even 10K. If you can't commit to that, this is maybe not for you! Good luck on social :)

Find people similar to your target audience and engage with them. Mix your tweets between personal tweets, educational tweets, and growth tweets. Repeat until successful.

Be consistent. Don't pander to the algorithms. Put content that you wish existed. Build genuine relationships. Forgot views and likes.
