What 'Join the Waitlist' service are you using?

I am confused about what 'Join the Waitlist' service to use for my landing page.
My requirements are below:

  • the form should support formatting to match my landing page theme
  • service should send a welcome email to the joined person
  • provide referral links for already joined users to refer their friends
  • provide some basic analytics about signups

We’re building Binamite.com, and are using WordPress plugin, contact form 7 for our user waitlist at the moment. We feel it is the right fit for us given our requirements - which is to simply store the and email addresses of the users interested in using our beta.

You can use embedded forms or Mailchimp audience list to just capture the emails, or a more sophesticated referral system using getWaitlist or Viral Loops.

But what a coincidence, I had the same question this weekend and couldn't find a plug-and-play solution. That's why yesterday, I created a 'Join waitlist for a wailtlist service' landing page, to see if more people have the same problem. (I can't post links as a newbie here :( )

Viral Loops looks great! What one did you go with?

I have used Tally forms for building the waitlist for my product Flezr.
But if you are looking for a full 'waitlist as a service' that server referral links/analytics etc, probably you should check Getwaitlist .com

I'm using https://getwaitlist.com/ for https://casa-platform.com/ - easy to integrate and simple to style

As a fairly lightweight option, Mailerlite.

I haven't used it yet, but Get Waitlist seemed like a solid choice when I was doing my research. If I remember correctly, I think it checks at least most of your boxes.

I mostly use Google Forms with a few customisation on the theme then a generate a short-link which I add as a reference button on the landing page

I'm using framer, that uses formspark natively on neurabase

I think that Mailerlite is worth to check.

    Good luck!
