What landing page platform did you use (that has forms too?)

and is free? Am I asking for too much? Probably.

You might want to check out Fastpages ( https://www.fastpages.io/ )
They are running a lifetime offer for $197. That's quite a bargain given the value on offer.

Thank you all for all 4 platform suggestions! I am going to give these a spin and see which one fits best. I super appreciate the help!

    • Account Based Marketing
    • Email Builder
    • Contact Management
    • Social media marketing ( to some extent)

By the way, it's Open source...

Have you checked out Versoly? Has forms and is free up to 50 submissions a month. I think the founder hangs out here as well

    https://versoly.com/

We used Webflow, which isn't free, but has forms and is flexible enough that you could quickly build a landing page (especially if you use a template) and then keep building things likes blogs, help desk etc on top of it. Sometimes I regret it because it's not always super simple to add and update things, but it's a great product and I love the flexibility.

Carrd has forms, it's not free, but it's seriously affordable.

Netlify (https://www.netlify.com/) has a free tier that will cover these requirements up to a point. This is where I host my project's site, and I've been very happy.

I'm also using Netlify for my comments form on my website and still in free-tier.
You can even add Slack hooks to it.
