What made your business take off that you wish you'd done much earlier?

Getting into that salesperson mindset. I wasted too much time thinking about the product and its features, when instead, I should have focused on getting the first paying customer ASAP.

Proper learning and a honest mentor whose experties is well defined in the business, is the things i wish i have done earlier before starting my business.

Well, I don't what do you mean by taking off. I have crossed the 100 euros MRR mark with my WBE Space and one thing that helped was definitely to focus 80% of my time in marketing

Putting myself out there and forcing myself to find and then talk to my future users. This was really hard for me, but accelerated everything a lot. Talking to my (potential/future) users shaped my entire product roadmap and still plays a major factor in my marketing efforts.
