What makes a great CEO/Entrepreneur
Pretty much anyone can be a CEO/Entrepreneur these days (doesn't mean they'll be successful) so I want to know what makes one great and stand out besides being motivated and hard working.

Passion and determination are essential qualities of any successful CEO or entrepreneur. But what really sets great leaders apart is their ability to inspire others and create a vision for their company that gets everyone excited about its potential.
Hard to say, as there are so many personalities out there that do well in entrepreneurship. For me, this is what gave me success in starting, growing, then selling my first business:
