Not asking for tool recommendations. I want to know about the friction people tolerate.
Mine is rewriting the same post four times for four platforms. By the fourth I've stopped caring whether it's good, which sort of defeats the purpose.
What's yours? The scheduling interface, analytics you don't trust, the media upload flow, getting logged out. I'm after the specific moment you sigh, not a general "it's clunky."
And have you built a workaround, or do you just tolerate it?
The rewriting friction is actually a measurement problem. You're losing context with each iteration (the fourth version is worse than the first), but the workflow doesn't give you a signal for "does this platform-specific version actually perform better?" If you had that measurement—engagement rate by platform-adapted version vs. generic—you'd either: a) know the rewrite effort was justified, or b) stop rewriting and accept lower platform fit, but at least you'd be making the decision consciously instead of by exhaustion. Right now the friction costs you quality and you don't even know if it's buying you anything.
