What marketing automation tools do you use in your SaaS?
I'm thinking about choosing the right tool for marketing automation, and I need to:
- send personalized emails
- live chat
- popups
Currently, in Seodity, we use Tidiochat + Mailchimp. I would rather have it in one tool.
I like user.com, intercom.com the most, but they seem too expensive.
What tools do you use in your projects? I would prefer not to pay a fortune for it.

Tidio & Mailchimp are good choice :) I've been heading up growth team for over 5 years, my fav tool stack goes to Zapier, Hubspot, MailChimp/ MailerLite, Airtable. Would you consider Drip, Drift and GetSiteKit?
I built a small project recently, I used airtable, zapier and bitly to help me make marketing decision.
Marcin, I use a whole whack of tools but my go-to that come to mind if you want to save $ but still use state of the art:
Email: Autoklose (Personalized Sales), MailChimp (Marketing list), and Intercom (Converted, Trials, App Lists) + Middleware: Zapier... connection is important is because you don't want to have data sitting in different platforms and not interacting.
If you really really want to preserve cash which makes a lot of sense check AppSumo deals:
• Onboard-Flow ($150 for 1500 trials one time) and
• SendFox (25k subscribers for $250 one time) and then connect it all using Zap.
What are your thoughts @MarcinPastuszek?
I didn't come up with the idea of using Zapier on it. I think it might solve my problem.

We’re working on https://www.emetti.com. It’s something we built for ourselves, for use on our other products (https://www.campnab.com and https://www.pixaver.com).
We don’t yet have the personalized emails, but are working on it. We started with popups, but instead prioritized the newsfeed, which works pretty well. You can see it here: https://www.saltspringsoapworks.com
