What milestone will you hit by end of year?

Learning HTML, CSS & JavaScript after working almost 3yrs as a pharmacy tech. I've already started & just acquired a laptop after 3yrs of not having one. It's only up from here!

I will have...

• eaten at least 20 mince pies
• listened to Christmas music often enough that I'm sick of it until this time next year
• finally opened 'sign up straightaway' access to the Sales for Founders course
• livestreamed creation of a micro-course from the 27-29th of Dec
• lined up 3 clients as case studies for my Social Proof Handbook

What will you accomplish by end of December?

• Finish reading through "The Haskell Book"
• Finish setting up my dotfiles and personal tooling / infrastructure for building products early next year

• One paying customer for Micro CRM https://microcrm.cc
• Got my first full-time job as an associate software developer

• finish my challenge of writing and weightlifting every day (for 70 days straight).
• 250+ subscribers to Content Weekly.
• launch a free checklist tool to score your content (want it to be collaborative, so if you have suggestions, I’m all open to it!).
• (Optional) create a website to hold the content case studies (from previous newsletters).

Finish my second marathon, this time under 4 hours.

Also I'm putting together a Kickstarter for their Make 100 project. It doesn't start until the first of the year, but I need to get everything ready, work on prototypes, etc.

I'll hopefully have a basic version of my Android app working, and the landing page ready for launch. Aiming to launch mid January. The biggest risk right now is that I don't know mobile app development well enough yet to know if there is anything that would prevent my app from being feasible. The app needs access to the user's interactions with their contacts (email, sms, phone, calendar, social media, etc) and I just don't know how much of that is available via the Android APIs yet. We'll see!

First of all - how is it already December??

I will (hopefully) have...

• The first iteration of the entire product completed, with the intention of only needing to add design and minor tweaks to enhance the algorithms on the back-end
• Moved the landing page from Landen.co to my own domain (I think I want to keep everything on my domain, but I might change my mind)
• Listened to Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas 102,910 times

I want at least 3 customers for my new venture, Developer Select...or maybe it's actually the agency thing I talked about 6 months ago...either way I feel pretty good. Automated API becomes more of a tool for myself and my team for now. I'm officially pivoting to something where I am more obviously (to the customers) a SME and which I can link directly to my ability to just dig in and play the numbers game.
