What motivates you?
Taking the Indie Hacker path often means spending time in front your computer instead of with friends or family, or doing something more immediately gratifying. It involves taking on more risks and responsibilities. What are your motivations for doing what you do?
The desire to improve the quality of my life, to become more independent, free, happy. But you are right, the work-life balance is really important.
I so feel all of those. Independence in particular. I've always disliked people telling me what to do, ha :D
Freedom, freedom, freedom.
Location independence. Time independence. Financial independence.
Indie hacking is just a means to an end for me.
To live the life you want, you need to minimize the things you have to do but don't want to do.
Once I get there (or approximate it close enough), who knows what I'll do with my life?
I'd want to find out as well, hopefully before I'm old and decrepit.
