It focuses on video game music, which is designed to be engaging without being distracting. It has a few other albums from artists that have the same kinda vibe. I don't listen to this kind of music normally, and the downside is that it completely wrecks my Spotify end-of-year wrap-ups.

If I'm having a really intense coding session, I'll loop a single boss fight song ("Radio Tower Takeover!" or "Bombs for throwing at you") to try to bring out the right intensity. I can't do it every day, but it helps when I'm in crunch time.

Lately the Cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack has been great for background coding music
