๐Ÿ‘‹ What Naerru is, and why I built it

After building a few side projects, I kept running into the same pattern: assuming what people wanted instead of understanding it.

Naerru is my solution to that. It scans public forums, extracts complaints that are really there, categorizes them by topic, and links each finding to the source it came from. No fictitious pain points: if it states the frustration about X, you can click and see the source.

Where I am presently:

- Product Hunt was launched several weeks ago.

- I created posts that go into detail about specific categories of instruments (the "{instrument} alternatives" posts)

- The tool is live and available for testing.

Now I'm about to work on:

- More accurate discussions that come with clear references to a particular type of tool.

- Improving the โ€œpain radarโ€ technique.

I like that you're treating traceability as part of the product instead of asking users to trust an AI-generated summary on its own.

I'll be interested to see which kinds of findings people consistently act on after seeing the supporting discussions. Those patterns will probably reveal whether the product is really about customer research, opportunity discovery, or building confidence in strategic decisions.
