What operations infrastructure do you consider essential when launching a new product?
I'm currently working on releasing an early version of Wiki Doc and I've been wondering: What kind of operations infrastructure should be in place when launching?
I'm talking about things like:
- Error Tracking
- Performance & Availability Monitoring
- Analytics
- ...
On the one hand, you don't want to sink tons of time into developing your infrastructure, on the other hand, you kind of need to know what is going with your application when you launch.
You don't want to be caught with your pants down after all when you hit the front page of HN after all, right? ;)

Some monitoring, like Sentry. Hotjar/fullstory can also help.
Basic github actions for CI/CD could also mitigate some of your problems if you have tests.
