1Password should probably be on your list :)
I don't use one, I generate passwords with an algorithm in mind. Works perfect for the past 10 years.
LOL. I tried that, mixing my favorite names from a chosen category and numbers but remembering which site went with which name was a chore.
We did not like any of the existing ones so we built our own. Lowqee.com and check it out. Completely offline by default and you can export the data and back it up anywhere you want. :D

Lastpass and Bitwarden. Both are great! Lastpass is a bit more polished but Bitwarden’s free.
Have been using Lastpass for the past year or so. Works great - would recommend.
I use a combination of the password manager in Google Chrome and KeePassXC.
I've been using Lastpass for 10 years or so, and it works great, it's still free and I recommend it.
Bitwarden.com/ is free and awesome - highly recommend
