What payment provider for monthly 1 USD payment?

Hello,
I am going to run very cheap SaaS service which cost 1 USD per month. What payment provider would You recommend in this case basing on that I need to handle customers from all over the world?
I found Stripe but I think I will in my case they are too expensive unfortunately.

    You're going to get a ton of stolen credit cards being validated through your service with such a low priced offering.

    I think another solution you've probably thought of: Charge yearly, or allow people to prepay a certain amount.

    Twilio for example allows you to top up your balance at $10 increments instead of charging you for every message you send.
