What platform do you use to communicate with team members?

I work as a frontend engineer at Zapier (globally distributed, all-remote team). We use Slack and an internal blog to which everyone posts regularly, and Zoom. We invest a lot of energy in communication and I love that about our culture. We also do All Hands Support - literally everyone from C-level execs down works support regularly. It really reinforces a healthy culture of being helpful and using written communication :)

Before Zapier I worked as one of a few remote employees for a mostly on-site IT shop. That was much harder.
