What platform should I use to market my MVP with 400$?

Quora, reddit, facebook ? What is your experience with small budget marketing.
You should first validate the idea before spending money on paid channels. Depending on the platform, Product Hunt is a great way to launch to the public, as well as subreddits like r/SaaS and r/Startups

Yup, this. Here's a big list of online communities, find some for your niche and go talk to some people in them before spending too much marketing money!

This is good advice. I first posted my product in Reddit to just check how the response was, afterwards I posted on product hunt. But I don’t think these should be mainly used as 100% marketing channels, just as validation as you suggest!

You'll fail on product hunt without an audience. And even when you do have an audience, you can make like maybe $20 from your launch. Seriously, I spent time asking people.
I don't think you'll "fail" on product hunt without an audience. I don't have an audience and made it to the 5th product of the day.
You can also relaunch as many times as you want to gather feedback. To each their own!
