What platform to use for a Kanban project management Saas
Hello everyone, I'm planning on building a Kanban project management tool as a Saas. I'm trying to decide what platform to use and would like to hear some ideas on what will be the best way to do this.
It will be great if the platform already supports user registration and management. A user should be able to create an account and invite other users to share the Kanban board.
My advice is to get started with Firebase, it has everything, from user management to NoSQL DB, including file storage and hosting everything hosted and managed, that is, it's a serverless platform so you need to create a SPA JS app, you can't create a server-side app like NodeJS, Django, Laravel, etc. It's a good way to get started soon with your MVP. Of course, Firebase, as all serverless platforms, has drawbacks, for me, the main limit is Firestore DB, which is a bit limited if you need really complex queries.
