What platforms do you like for selling your pre-revenue SaaS company?

We stood up a side project called HowManyVotes to serve lobbyists and advocates tracking their interactions with legislators or other decision-makers. I don't have the capacity to find the first customers and iterate from their feedback, so I'm looking for recommendations on platforms to sell it to a new team who can recruit the first users or find new business development / sales partners.
