I'm interested in understanding the kind of pricing model people use for their product / service, and how they arrived at the price value. For example, subscription based, one-time fee, pay-as-you-go, custom plans based on customer etc
I think it depends on the product and what the competition is doing. Another thing to keep in mind is what actually costs you money as a company - for example, if you're paying an ongoing fee for your customer to use your product, it probably makes more sense to be subscription based - on the other hand, if you're just giving your customer something one time, it might make more sense to do a one-off payment!
