What process do you use to create a product design?

What applications and tools do you use?

I use Sketch, then Zeplin, and then Miro
I control the execution of tasks in Asana

How do you keep the project structure?

    My process depends about client,

mostly in UX part i want in:
Phase1: Understand what exactly i have to do, so i collect question in Google Docs
Phase2: After when i define good process (depends about product, materials, target audience, budget)
Phase3: Usually i use Miro.com to create UX stuff like Customer Journey, Personas, Process, Workflows
    Phase4: Wireframes: I use Figma.com
    Phase5: Design: I use Figma.com
Phase6: Documentation and Handoff to Developers: You can use: Figma+Docs, Figma + https://zeroheight.com

Thats very briefly description, hope it will help you find your own path.

We started with just a Sketch file two years ago but now we're fully into Figma because of ability to do team work.

Yes. Figma have a lot of solutions, but do not have a lot of integrations and plugins. Work in sketch more easy.
