What’s New on Share-Accounts – July 2025
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working hard to improve Share-Accounts both functionally and visually. Here’s a summary of the key updates that are now live on the platform:
Platform Improvements
Google OAuth login is now available.
Internal messaging upgrades: messages can now include links, there are new notifications when someone is removed from a group, and header formatting has been improved.
Enhanced email notifications (e.g. when removing a member).
Support for more services: you can now share Kindle Unlimited, ChatGPT, and Filmin.
Translations added for German and French.
Minor fixes: sitemaps, Helmet, responsive design, favicon, and more.
New Features for Admins
Private admin page with monitoring capabilities.
Control over group status and the ability to edit from the admin panel.
PWA and Performance
PWA (Progressive Web App) support added.
Improvements in caching and file size optimizations.
