What’s not working as expected right now?

One thing I appreciate about building in public is seeing the real journey not just the wins, but the parts that feel unclear or frustrating.

Most projects don’t stall because of lack of effort.
They stall because something subtle isn’t clicking:
traction, messaging, focus, validation, consistency, or timing.

So I’m curious, what’s currently not working the way you expected in your build?
What are you trying, but not seeing results from yet?

Sharing the stuck parts is often more useful than sharing the highlights.
Would love to hear what others are running into.
