I wasted so much time chasing perfection.
Now I focus on speed, clarity, and feedback.
It’s not always pretty, but I ship.
This quote is now what I go by:
Launch fast, but don't launch trash.
Focus on the key features and requirements, perfect those and launch. The rest can be polished as you go, trust me, there is room for that.
