Curious to hear from other solo founders.
What’s the most recent change you made — landing page, onboarding, pricing, messaging, channel — that felt like an improvement, but you’re still unsure whether it actually worked?
I keep seeing a pattern where the hard part isn’t deciding what to try next, but knowing when to stop iterating and move on with confidence.
Would love to hear real examples — especially the gray areas.
My pricing. Changed it twice, still not sure if either decision was right.
The thing I realized: when you don't have a clean record of WHY you made a decision - what you were optimizing for, what tradeoffs you accepted - you can't evaluate it properly afterward. You just have a gut feeling that it's wrong.
Started keeping a decision log: what changed, what problem it was solving, what I'd need to see to know it worked. That last part is the key. A change you can't define success criteria for is a change you'll never trust - because you won't know when to stop second-guessing it.
Adding a bit of clarity here: I’m especially interested in hearing from founders who’ve already changed something (copy, page structure, pricing, channel, etc.) and are now unsure whether to stop or keep iterating.
Even short examples are helpful.
