What’s Your Infrastructure Setup Process for New Indie Hacker Projects?

Hey fellow builders! 👋

I’ve been testing and validating new startup ideas, and my typical process includes:
• Setting up a basic landing page with a waiting list
• Creating a product demo, a quick video, or sometimes even a prototype

But when it comes to collecting money, I hit a bit of a snag. 💸

Here’s what I’m wondering:
1. Do you set up a new payment provider (e.g., Stripe) every time you test a new idea?
2. Do you also create a new email account for each project?

I find these steps a bit cumbersome, especially for quick experiments. I’m wondering if anyone has found a better system—like using an umbrella Stripe account or a centralized email setup to streamline things.

Would love to hear how you all handle this! Is there an efficient way to keep things lean while staying organized for multiple projects? 🤔
