What’s your SaaS growth focus for Q4 Ads, Retention, or Automation?

Hey founders

As we head deeper into Q4, I’ve noticed most SaaS teams are either:
1️⃣ Doubling down on ads to close the year strong, or
2️⃣ Simplifying their systems and automating what’s already working.

From what I’ve seen, those who combine smart automation with retention-focused campaigns often see the most consistent growth even when ad costs rise.

I’m curious what’s your main focus this quarter?
👉 Are you optimizing retention?
👉 Trying new marketing channels?
👉 Or tightening your systems with automation?

I’ve been connecting with a few experts helping founders streamline these processes for better conversions before year-end so if anyone’s open to insights or collaboration, I’m happy to connect you.

What’s your biggest SaaS marketing experiment or goal for Q4?

    Hi Josh,

Our main focus for Q4 is Automation. With Stack Killer, we help business owners streamline client management, automate lead capture, follow-ups, and bookings — replacing multiple tools in one simple system. By showing the value of automation, we aim to save time for our customers and help them scale efficiently.

We’re also exploring targeted ads to reach more business owners who can benefit from this all-in-one solution.

That’s a solid direction automation really is the backbone of scaling sustainably. I like how Stack Killer simplifies the tech stack instead of overwhelming users with too many moving parts.
Curious though how are you positioning it against all the “all-in-one” tools out there? That space is getting crowded fast, but your Q4 timing sounds perfect for business owners trying to streamline before year-end.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re positioning Stack Killer as a plug-and-play, agency-focused solution that replaces multiple tools without the overwhelm. Unlike generic all-in-ones, it’s designed specifically for business owners and agencies who want results fast—capture leads, automate follow-ups, and manage clients efficiently. We’re focusing on clarity, simplicity, and real-world workflows to stand out in the crowded space.

That’s a solid positioning clarity and speed are exactly what most agency owners are craving right now. Too many tools overpromise and complicate workflows instead of simplifying them.

I like that you’re leaning into “real-world workflows.” Out of curiosity, are you seeing more traction with smaller agencies trying to streamline or mid-size ones scaling client capacity?
