What service do you use for T&Cs, GDPR, Privacy Policy, etc documents that are tailored for your SaaS/product?
I need to get proper legal documents in place and worries a something too generic would probably cause more damage than good, but as an Indie Hacker, budgets are small for a full-on lawyer.
Which services are you guys using that you would recommend?

I use Iubenda for privacy policy and Termly for T&Cs. When I signed up for them they were each geared toward one document, but it looks like they both do it all now.
we've long been communicating that we'll eventually do both (at iubenda). In addition to simple privacy policy and terms documents however, you'll find that we do cookie compliance, collect consents and allow you to have a register of processing activity.
I know your budgets are small, but we found a full-on lawyer on https://www.lexoo.co.uk/ who cost us around £800 all-in for consultancy and all the docs

Try https://getterms.io/, it has both a free and a paid version. It helps a lot with getting you started!
ycombinator and https://www.cooleygo.com/documents/ has some good templates to get you started. Usually these will get you far enough until you start making some money and then you really need to see a dedicated lawyer. I believe its almost better to have some kind of cookie cutter deal made by great lawyers with experience that you get off the internet for free, than to get a shitty cheap lawyer (cheap for you, but in reality compared to industry you'll get the bottom of the barrel) draft you inadequate stuff and give you a false sense of security.
On a side note - your project looks great man. I absolutely love your intro video, did you make that yourself? Would love to get some tips on how to do it like that.
I found someone on upcounsel. It was not the cheapest but was easy enough.
