**What shipped:**

Added the first paying user flow. Stripe integration is live, though I'm keeping it invite-only for now. Also polished the meeting summary template based on feedback — turns out consultants want the 'decisions made' section front and center, not buried at the end.

What I learned:
Building solo means every hour spent on perfect code is an hour not spent talking to users. I shipped a slightly embarrassing onboarding flow just to get it in front of people. The feedback was 10x more valuable than polishing something nobody saw.

What's next:
Product Hunt prep. Need screenshots, a 90-second demo, and to line up supporters. Targeting next Friday if I can get the video done.

Honest challenge:
Health days. I have colitis ulcerosa — some weeks I lose 2-3 days to flares. Building a SaaS that works around my body, not against it, is the real challenge. But that's exactly why I'm doing this.

That "ship something embarrassing" mindset is so real. I had the same experience — I kept polishing my onboarding flow trying to make it perfect, and the moment I actually put it in front of people, the feedback completely changed my priorities. Things I thought mattered didn't, and things I hadn't even considered turned out to be blockers.
The insight about consultants wanting "decisions made" front and center is a great example — you'd never get that from staring at your own code.
For Product Hunt — one thing I've seen work well: don't just show the product, show the before/after. What did the user's workflow look like before your tool vs. after? That 90-second demo lands much harder when it tells a transformation story, not a feature tour.
Good luck with the launch — rooting for you.
