I've been studying early-stage startup ideas recently.
One thing I noticed:
Many founders don't fail because they can't build.
They fail because they spend months building before validating whether the problem, market, and customer are strong enough.
After analyzing 50 startup ideas, these were the most common risks I found:
People say "interesting", but nobody is willing to pay.
A slightly better version of an existing product is usually not enough.
Building is often easier than getting the first customers.
"Everyone" is usually not a real customer.
They optimize the product before proving demand.
I'm building a tool called Ainexa to help founders pressure-test ideas before spending months building.
I'm currently looking for founders who are willing to share their ideas and get a free analysis.
If you're building something:
What are you working on?
Drop your idea below. I'll analyze the biggest risks and share my thoughts.
I'll pick a few ideas from the comments and run them through Ainexa.
I'll share the analysis publicly so others can learn from it too.
