I'm much better at coming up with product ideas than I used to be. For me, it's about making time for stillnessโ meditation, thinking, or even just sitting around. Exercising helps too.
I used to be good at coming up with ideas but lately Iโm struggling. Can you share an example from your experience?
For me, I've noticed that I'm getting super efficient with my time. Hot tip: Batch your work and use a pomodoro timer.
In my virtual co-working space we often have work sessions where we are all in a virtual office room and share a pomodoro timer. Its a great way to stay focus!

I have learned some programming related things.
But the one thing that I learnt recently is how to manage my time. (while going to school too). I also discovered that time goes extremely fast and you don't have time for lots of breaks (you need them, but you have to minimize it).
I was surpsrised how powerful is to have a calendar setup for every week, with your daily routines in it. And also writing up your simple small (for me it was mostly school related things) todos in it. (I used Google calendar for this.)
Iโve been trying to get better at being present during video calls. Turning off my self-view has helped a lot. I no longer catch myself looking at my own video when someone is speaking. I also take notes in my Bear app because my memory is terrible.

I'm much better at writing cold messages/ emails.
I hyper-personalize messages and make them relevant to the people I'm reaching out to. I also offer them an out.

I'm getting a lot better at content creation.
And it's more from the aspect of lowering my expectations / the bar.
Because of algorithms, not that many people are probably going to see it anyway.
And like they've found in all those different studies, you're better off at just putting out more reps and volume to improve your skill than trying to write the perfect post / take the perfect picture / shoot the perfect freethrow, etc.
