What skills except technical you do learn as no-code developer?

I've been thinking a lot about the journey we take as no-code developers. When I first started, I came from a background in coding, marketing, business analysis, and product management. Over the past three years, I've worked with companies of all sizes and realized that being a no-coder isn't just about the technical stuff.

We wear so many hats - salespeople, analysts, designers, testers, teachers. Every new skill we pick up, every experience we gain, it all adds up and makes us better at what we do.

So, I'm curious - what skills have you picked up along your no-code journey that you didn't expect to need? What experiences have surprised you, challenged you, or helped you grow?

P.S. I've started exploring different industries to better understand the landscape and be prepared for new challenges. If you're interested, you can check out it here (https://lowcoding.substack.com/p/marketing-agency-industry-overview)

I know several people focused on Webflow development and it seems that they tend to eventually start learning JavaScript to create more custom stuff. It starts with Gsap and then it goes deeper and deeper to the point where they almost know how to code Javascript.
Plus as a lot of no-code developers are freelancers, it seems obvious that they all had to manage the sales process and develop a certain degree of sales skills.
