What solutions allow for this kind of FAQ/HelpCenter?

As we have recently finished our SaaS project we want to also add a Help section where we can post advice and also write some helpful articles. A site I have often used and enjoyed is this, but I can't seem to figure out what solution they are using:
You could very easily use Notion for this.
It's clean and minimal.
