What sort of materials do stores need when selling them physical products?

For example, I have a price sheet with the wholesale cost vs. the suggested retail price & photos with examples of the store display we've created for their counter-tops. I also have a purchase order and take payment on the spot via card reader.

Is this the normal flow for signing up new retailers?
