What strategies should I use to grow my job board?

Hi everyone - I recently created a job board, targeting "management-level" jobs (i.e. requiring 4-12 years experience) in high growth European tech startups. Through cold emailing, I managed to sign up a few employers , but would now like to take growth to the next level.

I'd love any advice on how to supercharge growth and 1) get customers to visit / return, 2) sign up employers.

So far it's primarily been word of mouth, in particular via the careers departments of universities / post-graduate institutions, and while it's shown really good traction, I'd like to take things to the next level if possible.
