What subscription you’ve paid for in the past 12 months to run your business?

I'm interested in hearing what subscriptions IndieHackers are paying for that help run your IndieHacker world!

I use several tools, maybe already too much ;-)
    Clickup for tasks,
    Crisp for customer support and
    Upvoty for Feature Voting.
Then also DigitalOcesn Droplet, GitHub, Flaticon, Canva.

    Google Workspace for Email
    DigitalOcean for a Droplet
    Route53 for Domain
    Pinboard
GitHub, haven't bought it yet, but plan to
Probably look into a Bastion service or some kind of auth/key service.

thanks so much for this! Really appreciate the insight!

Google Workspace for Email (gmail, sheets)
Loom for videos (on yearly plan)
    Carrd (on yearly pro plan)
Name.com for hosting and domain (yearly)
    started onboarding with Outseta (monthly)

That's a minimal fairly inexpensive stack! I like it!

We have Bubble & Canva that's pretty much it :)

    1. 2

      nice that's fairly minimal!

      1. 1

Yeah I know haha. The cool thing about bubble is that you can build your own internal apps for almost nothing. When we ran a lot of webinars instead of buying software for that we built a little app on top of Zoom to automate most of the webinar operations. But at the same time, we're bootstrapped so we have time to do these kinds of things.

awesome! What about tools like slack, zoom, gSuite, marketing tools?

          1. 1

true we pay for gsuite, and domain hosting but not slack nor any marketing tool. For zoom, when we hosted webinars we just kept them under 40 min...haha. But again it's really because we're a 2-people company, and 100% bootstrapped.

            1. 1

That's fair! Which hosting provider do you use?

              1. 2

domain hosting is with siteground I think, but the app/web hosting is on bubble directly it's part of what you pay for monthly

Laravel Vapor and Fathom Analytics are the only tools I'm paying now for to run Flipp.

    1. 1

      I haven't heard about those - thanks!

Really only Plausible Analytics. It scales with your business and the fact that my site doesn't need a cookie banner is lovely.

    1. 1

      Do you pay for hosting?

      1. 1

Yeah I use the cloud version.

        1. 1

Sorry, Plausible offers hosting for your app as well? What about slack or email communications?

          1. 1

No no, I host on Netfliy

A minimal set of tools. Do you use anything for marketing?

      1. 1

Not yet, just a lot of direct outreach!
