HelpScout is great. It does both Docs and Chat and they integrate well with each other.

HelpScout user here too. We've tried a bunch of different ones, but HS was the most feature and cost effective for us.

      Agree, we use this too!

Shameless self promotion: Have a look at Trengo.com. :)

I'm looking to use https://crisp.chat/en/ on my next app. I notice it has a CRM option.

    Has anyone used this?
    Any feedback?

We've used Olark for at least four years. Nice solution.

+1 for Olark. We've tried a few different solutions like Intercom and Tawk.to but keep going back to Olark. It's affordable and straightforward. Happy customer for over 5 years.

We use tawk.to too.. You should ask them for access to their free CRM, it's in beta, it's tops!

I ask them, but they don't know anything about it, can you give a screenshot or more info?

Is anyone else finding tawk.to broken in Firefox? I brought it up to their Customer Service a month ago but it's still broken. Works fine on Chrome.

I am from LiveAgent.com and we are part of IndieHackers community as a truly boostrapped product :)

We do have more features and include social media support and built-in call center. If you could give me your specific use cases on how you support prospects/customers I can help you choose good option (even if it won't be us, because I have quite a decent knowledge of the market)

I do not like, that they do not show any prices on their website.

        They have a free version
