Yesterday we shared why we rebuilt our workspace to reduce context switching — and the response has been unexpectedly thoughtful. Being at the top of the build board today is motivating, but more importantly, it’s surfaced better questions than we anticipated.
A few early observations so far:
The biggest pain isn’t “too many tools” — it’s losing decision context as work moves between chat, tasks, docs, and meetings.
People don’t struggle with doing work as much as remembering why something exists and what’s supposed to happen next.
Centralization alone doesn’t fix this. What matters is keeping conversations, decisions, and execution connected over time.
We’re still very early and deliberately keeping things small. No launch, no pricing — just real usage and honest feedback to understand where this actually helps and where it doesn’t.
If you’ve dealt with tool overload, async work, or context loss in your day-to-day workflow and are open to trying something early and imperfect, I’d genuinely value your input.

I’ll continue sharing what we learn — including the parts that don’t work.
