What team management tool do you use?
I’ve noticed that a good portion of SaaS owners tend to use Trello as their team management tool. I’m wondering if this is an actual trend. So: What team management tools do you use? And did you start off with another tool before switching to your current one?
Jira. Similar card Kanban as Trello, but 2x clumsier and 100x more features.

Im part of small web design & dev studio doing websites for other companies and we use ClickUp. We loved Trello but we needed a tool for tasks, management, time tracking, and other stuff. They have a free version but per user is also pretty cheap.
With Clickup, do you find that you have to use any other apps? Like google drive, slack, etc?
Yes, we do use google drive and slack. We use g drive for storage and slack for communication, but ClickUp does have the ability for comments and file uploads. We choose not to since it is not part of our workflow. When we create tickets, bugs and we upload screenshots to clickup, so the devs can see what's going on.
They also have a really good extension!
Now I feel like I'm trying to sell clickup but I truly enjoy it over Trello since it fits our needs better.

I work with different organizations so I've used several different apps. For my freelance business, I use TaskWorld and for my household management, I use Trello.
Businesses I work with use Asana, Basecamp, and GetBusy.
Which one is your favorite to work with?
For my business, I like TaskWorld and have stuck with it even after trying others. For more robust team-based, multi-project work, Asana provides more options. But, I don't care for the UX. I have trouble finding tasks that I know have been created. Trello, we really just use for checklists and saving links. The kids' school assignments, Christmas lists and our grocery list go on Trello. :)
Trello is just so easy, and free!
That seems to be what people love. Any pain points with trello? What do you use for team communication?
Have been on project that used pivotal tracker, jira etc. seems those tools are focused more on control than productivity. Gcal and trello seem to eradicate all the cruft that gets in the way of being productive.
I think Trello is fast and easy to setup. I'm using that too for collaboration on projects.
And yes, I'm on the free plan.
That's generally what I'm hearing from people. Are there any aspects of Trello that fall short? Like, do you use any other apps/sites for other parts of managing projects?
I haven't seen other kanban boards with a better drag/drop experience than Trello and powerful marketplace.
