What three questions do you ask when validating?

For one of my new ideas I've built a landing page and built a small e-mail list. It seems that the idea sparks some interest.

Now I would like to do some more research among my e-mail list signups and it made me think: what 2/3 (unbiased) questions have worked well for you in providing you with more direction in developing your product?
