I need your help.
My startup is going (unexpectedly) great. I have over 164 users signed up ready to use the BETA for when I launch it in late June (as it's being built right now)
What do I do before I launch https://www.spreadtech.online/ ??
Should I focus on getting even more signups for the BETA?
Should I look into the development and add more features?
Should I start setting up affiliates ready for launch?
WHAT DO I DO??!?!?!
I feel lost. Now I have exceeded my signup goals I don't know if I should continue or start switching my focus elsewhere - where it could be more productive?
Indiehackers, what is your advice/experience?
If getting more users is the obvious answer. Should I double down on my highest traffic sources; Indiehackers and Twitter?
Or should I start writing more SEO content? Cold emailing? Utilising other channels?
Where should my marketing focus be?
Never in the past two years have I felt truly lost in entrepreneurship, but right now I really do.
I'm hoping this has been caused by my hayfever tablets - I'm dozy AF
Similar to what @jesmnpn said, hold on to those initial followers then use a SaaS app like mine (https://kritikos.app) to create sessions and collect feedback on the various stages of release. The more the better.
Hey mate thanks so much for the plug, but the link is broken? Can you resend, please :)
Hi! Please try again now, I had a last minute deploy that didn't go through before I went to sleep.
Any questions, email support@kritikos.app.
Congratulations on exceeding your signup goal!
I think your priority is retaining your current signups. When your software is live, get their feedback on the user experience, features, etc. Listen to them, and ask them the classic questions, "How likely are you to recommend my app?" on a scale of 1 to 10.
Concurrently, work on the marketing. I think your best bets are social media campaigns (targeted to content creators) and content marketing. Maybe even work on your landing page a bit -- make the infographic more appealing. Good luck!
Yeah I deffo want to hear a load of feedback! That will be my main priority as soon as I launch
The landingpage is the most basic thing ever, so I will be updating it for when I launch.
Thank you!!! I've just set myself a goal of 250 before the end of June... Hopefully, it will be more than achievable
