What to do when the users say, that they see the value in the product but have actually stopped using the app?

I’m currently running a private beta of a news platform and the users hav stopped using the app. I thought maybe they don’t see the value. But after floating a simple google form to get their feedback, most of them said they were busy these days.

People are fickle when it comes to their time. Can you share the questions you asked in your form?

There's a lot of psychology in how you form your feedback questions and in what order. I'm no expert but I do recognize that if someone is tired of your software, they'll be tired of answering questions about it and will want to dismiss the feedback form as quickly as possible. You gave them that out immediately with the first choice.

"I'm busy" is about them. You want feedback about your service. All of the questions should have been about your service.

The question is, now what should you do? The ones who left will not be answering another feedback form. Rewrite your feedback form with this in mind for future people who have left.

        Hope this helps!

Makes complete sense. Thanks a lot. Changing it right away!
